Those are some pretty serious edits to the tracktimes. It looks like a complete reordering of the tracks. I thought the "translated tracks" where just a one-for-one replacement for the original filenames in the bundle. I think we need some more explanation here.

The tracklist is re-ordered, can't remember from what page it is taken from, I think I used the same when I re-ordered/renamed the tracktitles, because the original files don't have any track numbers at all.

He added a cover image too, even though there was no cover image included. Deleted it.

I think the links he posted might be where the order came from. Here's his explanation:
Quote:
The album given out with the Humble Bundle that I own, has those exact times. It took quite a bit of scouring to find a better tracklisting and translation, but the site I provided a link for on the site has the file names provided, times, japanese, and the translation. I know they are pretty severe, but it seems to line up quite well with that particular release. The downloaded soundtrack also didn't have an order if I remember, so that's not really messed up. If you really don't want the changes, no harm by me, but I was just trying to help out other people kind of OCD like myself I hope those links can give enough provided information.
Is this a common occurrence with these bundle releases? I think in the past, we have just used the order the tracks come in, but without numbers, we are left with the problem that they may sort differently on different OS's. We might just have to default with the Windows sort.

The other sort that may work best is game play order. That way there is at least a progression that can be understood.

... I just got this in Humble Bundle 7, so what's the deal with the tracklist on the site's entry?

I mean, the files have -no- track numbers, either in the tags or file names. It's just the file names as they're listed in the notes.

(The Humble Bundle 7 version is the same as the Humble Bundle 4 one - same MD5, same zip contents, no cover art.)

The order of tracks 1~35 look like they're taken from the original version of Cave Story, which lists the songs of the game in the end credits (CS+ doesn't have this, it looks like?). Who knows about the rest!

The long titles look like they're taken from AGTP's fan translation of the original game, which may be questionable in the case of track 11, since that area was retranslated as Bushlands in CS+. The Japanese original music titles are here: http://www31.atwiki.jp/cavestory006/pages/59.html (= BGM =).

I believe that area was also called Bushlands in Cave Story 3D as well. I swear I'm like the only person who thought that version was any good, I never hear anyone say anything positive about it.
