Is there any information who's the composer for tracks;
Disc 1: 08, 10, 14, 16, 19
Disc 2: 09, 16
Disc 3: 1, 2, 4, 10.

Only tracks on the album where there's no composer information available on the booklet.

Well, if they are variations of the main theme, then the composer is Tomoko Sasaki. Track 1.10 and 1.19 for example. I can't find samples of the other jingles, but again, if they contain the main theme, the composer is Sasaki.

3.02 and 3.04 both use the "Joy to the World" theme, although no one is quite sure exactly who composed it originally--this article suggests 19th century American composer Lowell Mason (although it may have been based on parts of Handel's Messiah, Handel having previously been credited but since disputed as the author of the melody).

3.04 also uses "Jingle Bells", originally by American composer James Pierpont.

3.10 is an interesting little jingle. It fuses Sasaki's main theme (which essentially acts as a countermelody) with the anthem from Beethoven's 9th symphony.

So, this is random, but after listening to Message from Nightopia again I noticed they pulled a sample straight from Panzer Dragoon Zwei. <3 Sega.

I'm confused. What's the difference between Okunari's role of Producer and Hataya's role of Sound Producer? I don't understand the difference between those roles.

Yosuke Okunari is a non-sound producer from what I understand. He's listed only as a "creative producer" for the PS2/PC/PSN/XBLA versions.
