Default VICL-2092: STAR DUST ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK RECORD
it is the soundtrack for the animated OVA indeed, but "Original Soundtrack" is nowhere in the cover.

obis have 3 faces: front (scan is here), side (no scan), back (scan is here)
original soundtrack is probably written on the side of the obi and on the side(s) of the tray that you can't see with these scans

On the other side view of the back cover there is written
STAR DUST オリジナル・サウンドトラック
I've also uploaded the Obi scan and I've changed the title according with the english title on the back cover "ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK RECORD". Look the image provided by
