actually, I think it's a proposal of reading, not a real furigana
because, on some pictures, you can see the japanese name and the translation on the right side "OVERLORD [4] The lizard man Heroes"

Ah, could be. I saw that cover on Ebten but missed that text on the side. Looks like all of the Overlord titles have an officialish translation.
