Not the most useful photo but it'll do for now. This is most of my commercial soundtracks (as in OSTs that weren't bundled in with a limited edition)- I'm trying to rebuild after selling them off ^^~

This is everything through "T." Everything after that has overflown into another bookshelf. Also excludes all the LE box stuff and vinyl.

Albums that I want to buy keep popping out at me in you guys' collections. It's like it's the first thing I see and then I can't see anything else ;__;

Also, not doing mine, it's pathetic and not worth a picture.

I am very unwell at the moment, infection in my back and glands = very bad shit for people with heart conditions.
Once I return home I will make some nice pictographs. Or alternatively if anybody wants individual stuff I can do that too.
Peace out all, I've spent more time in hospital the last year than I have for the previous 28, it's bullshit but my reality.

You have a good eye. Well I guess it's not hard to not spot Grados headphones if you know what your looking for.

The open eared mahogany phones kind of give them away.

But anyways they are Grados RS-2 headphones. I don't even use them anymore sadly.

But they are pretty sick cans.

I stacked 50 total on my third attempt (this Canon cam picture unfortunately only has 49 -- my cellphone pic has the 50).

Can.. Staff do that? I only see "copy" and "move" actions for threads. And even sticky threads? Mind explaining how you did that, seanne?

Ikea, actually. Like much of our music, though, they're OOP. Billy Byom is the brand if you can find them second hand.

Each shelf set pictured is actually 4 of their media shelves and two doors. About $200 per set. I love them, this is one of three sets in my home; this one has all game music, another has all our DVDs and non-game music (plus game music overflow T-Z), and a third for videogames. Come in a variety of colors, too.

Hm, this shelf is probably at least 300? Probably more though, possibly 400-500. There are a lot of thin sleeves in there. I should take a high-res shot so you can see the titles.

Ah my shelves are the same as yours and since they oop I can't build new ones. Maybe I'll take a trip again soon and see if I can jury rig some new ones. Did you buy them from my post on stc I put up a couple years back?

Hey guys, those shelves are not out of print - they are called Benno, and are still sold by Ikea worldwide. It's only the doors that are OOP, but there are others now that should do the same job.

Favorite albums1.jpg

I have set Kid Icarus Uprising and Insector X next to each other, as they both have something flying on the cover and one is new and the other old, while both being at the height of production values for their time periods. I managed to find a complete All Over Xanadu (13,500 yen) and a complete Symphony Ys (500 yen). They are both in the same condition, but Symphony Ys has many printings to choose from and All Over Xanadu has but one; hence the fantastic price difference for obtaining them both mint.

Favorite albums2.jpg

I'm very pleased that I managed to find the above 4 albums. Only in one case was my search specific and that was for Famicle Parodic 2. I found the other three by random browsing on YJA. Unlike the other 3, though, I don't find Famicle Parodic 2 all that pleasing to listen to. I keep it only because it eluded me (and everyone else) for 13 years (or more).

Favorite albums3.jpg

In the above you can see 2 old Konami albums and 2 new ones, all of which are phenomenal.

Favorite albums4.jpg

It took me many years to reach the point where I could tolerate the style of music found in the PrePrimer albums. I never, ever, imagined that I would seek the originals. Below them you can see 2 newer releases that I enjoy.

Favorite albums5.jpg

Above are 2 old classics and 2 new ones which are destined to be classics.

I used my Marantz CD player as the background for the pictures. I decided to take pictures of a choice few rather than the shelf.

This is what is left on my list (I'll be done after this but there are some I may never be able to get):

Music from Ys
Super Famicom Magazine Volume 21 (mainly for Battle Zeque-Den and Tenshi no Uta)

Thunder Force IV
Axelay

Mystic Quest
Parodius Da!
Gokujyo Parodius
Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius
Super Turrican Anthology
Super Famicom Magazine Vol.8 (Mainly for Super Formation Soccer 2, Dragon Slayer: The Legend of Heroes II)

TwinBee: Rainbow Bell Adventure
U.N. Squadron
Romancing Saga 2
Rockman 1-6

Skullgirls
