I don't know why they didn't specify it but this anime is an OVA
not sure if the whole next release (BD/DVD vol.2) is chapter 2, but the 2nd ending could be seen in ep3~6 (episodes available on vol.2)

note that the op isn't seen in ep1-2, maybe after
