I wonder if the "natus" here is a misspelling of Nauts. Didn't get any hits off of that and I couldn't find any evidence of him working on other GML albums, but I'm not really familiar with GML.

I uploaded some more scans for this album. I wasn't sure how to label them, so I just listed them all as "Booklet". I didn't make the scans myself, so I have no context for how the booklet is laid out. The artist actually is Nauts like you suspected.

The booklet only lists arrangers for tracks 1-3, but we can assume from the title that ESTi did 4, and the credits for Korea-Japan give ESTi for 5 and Kyosuke Akatsuki & Takumaru for 6. This leaves pine unaccounted for though
