Info, release date and scan salvaged from the web archive:
GHMR-001

I couldn't find any info for GHMR-002 and 004 though. I guess Water (KICA-5055) and Michigan (SCDC-00378) were planned to be these at first, which would explain why Shine (released between these) is 003.

This version of the album had two different pressings. The track contents are the same, as is the catalog number, but the colors on the front cover are different. This second pressing is documented in the commentary in the booklet for the 2006 release of The Silver #01 STRUCTURE [GHMR-005]. I added new images for both variations.

Suruga-ya has listings for both here:

1st Press: https://www.suruga-ya.jp/product/detail/120065292

Repress: https://www.suruga-ya.jp/product/detail/120002351

Another interesting thing to note is that that booklet also states that there was an album featuring live arrangements called The Silver #03 RESTRUCTURE that was supposed to come out along with the 2006 albums #01 STRUCTURE and #02 DESTRUCTOR, but I can’t find any evidence that it was actually released.

Based on the "featuring live arrangements" description alone, the #2+PARADE seems to fit the bill, (GHMR-007), so maybe the title just got renamed, instead of using #03 as earlier planned?

Yes, I think that’s likely the case too.
