Zuntata's website goes with "レイクライシス レイヨン・ドゥ・レール" for the title, no quotation marks, but again we don't have scans of the obi to verify what's actually printed on the album. Interestingly, their iTunes listing goes with "レイクライシス rayons de l'Air"; the full Japanese transcription only appears in the blurb.

I wouldn't assume arrangement without a source, since Zuntata often brought in outside people to do them. I believe the writeup on their website does say Tamayo did all arrangement, but I'd get someone else to verify that.

Just went with the all caps, as per product pages. I know I'm not really supposed to do that, but this is a special case.

I didn't see any reason not to match the capitalization on the album, even if it differs from the game logo.
