Is this a compilation album? Or are these all differently arranged versions than the ones featured in previous Hi-Tech LPs?

Since there's only Yoshimasa Tomita as arranger and looking his works, I guess most stuff is previously unreleased. If I remember there was a vinyl rip which flew around the net.
