JASRAC has Toshinori Numata (沼田 年則) of CATS registered for BGM, not Shigeyuki Shinbo as currently credited. The game was included on CATS's works list: http://web.archive.org/web/200302111...ound/track.htm.

Unfortunately, the album doesn't credit a composer. Since it absolutely doesn't credit Shigeyuki Shinbo anywhere, I guess I'll take JASRAC's word for it for now and give composition to Numata.
