There's no source, but a user editing without an account changed the reading of this name on Wikipedia from Mihane to Miu.

because miu or miwa, but I've never seen mihane

Yeah, "Mihane" is really weird, but Angel Note's Wikipedia article used to say that so I'm assuming that's why we used it.

I couldn't find any good sources for a reading besides the usual unreliable resources, ErogeTrailers (Mihane) and ErogameScape (Miu).

it's probably someone bad with on-reading kanji who mistook this one
there are some users like that here (mixing kun with on in tracklists)

Reminds me of when someone here was trying to claim that 天脚舞歌 must be read tenkyaku maiuta because 舞 = mai and 歌 = uta.
