Question Square Enix soundtracks with updated packaging

It's come to my attention that the current prints of several older Square Enix soundtrack releases now have the 'Square Enix Music' logo (blue/green/pink acronym, as here) in various places on the packaging. It can be seen on the slipcases for FFVII, VIII and IX for example. As far as I can tell they are otherwise identical to the first c.2004 SQEX- issues (same catalogue number, same yen price, same contents). It's a very minor packaging variance, but I guess it has implications for the 'publisher' field too?

Should new entries be created for these prints, or just some new notes/scans added to the existing SQEX- entries?

Does anyone have a picture of the old vs new packaging?

those are very likely reprints to take into account the new way of taxation and the fact to write the price without tax + some kanji saying there is taxation with that price
it allows when a new tax rate is out to not reprint album again and again with just price difference
and that SEM logo is just an update

2004:

Current:

As Phonograph said, it looks like they took the opportunity to change the way the price was printed.

So... is it enough to merit a new submission as a reprint?

I think in the past, we have just uploaded multiple scan sets to the same albums whenever we found that a publisher had done some minor modifications on the packaging. It probably happens more often than we notice.
