Default Mario Cars 2: 64 OST GOTY Collector's Edition
ok so I get this is a legit OST, but it's for a completely unlicensed fan game. Do we have precedent on how to deal with this?

I can't say I support adding yet another box to the already ridiculous & arbitrary flowchart of when to and not to use the doujin classification.

I would just add a note that this is an unofficial joke game, if you think that's worth pointing out. It's not like this album is going to show up in Koji Kondo's discography.
