It's a staged poetry recital with music. The poetry being Manyoushuu: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man%27y%C5%8Dsh%C5%AB. She seems to be solely in charge of composition from what she says in the blog entry.

It also looks like she's releasing an album for this music ("...アルバムのレコーディングが始まります")

I don't know Manami Kiyota at all, but I have become somewhat of a MANYO fan recently (Kara no Shoujo, some arcane, etc.). Would have been cool to see if he was working on something new... At least I'm interested to see what kind of music she composes to fit a traditional "play" like this.
