I was matching it up with the North American printing so i could link them. If there's no arrangement, then make sure to remove it from both.

Linked the western release as a child album.

But one question: is it Chika Ito, or Chinatsu Ito?

It seems more like it's Chika Ito to me. Many Google results only show the adult performer 三田友穂(Mita Yuho), who's also known as Chinatsu Ito it seems.

Many results for 伊藤千夏 together with Chika Ito however results in some composition and lyrics credits for a few anime themes.

It says "Love Destiny" was composed by 伊藤千夏 and "Love Destiny(ON AIR SIZE)" by someone with a romanized name - Chika Ito.
