I own the collection, but the cover is slightly different and the title adds a "Ver. 2005". Product code is the same though...

Does it make sense to add this version of the album as a seperate title?

Interestingly, I have two copies of this album myself. Each is different from each other, and from yours.

As far as I can tell, both have the exact same text everywhere (Ver. 20030504_00 on the back). However, one has a lighter colored front cover, back cover, booklet, and discs, than the other. In addition, the paper on the two booklets has a different feel (one glossy, one not), and the two albums use different brands of CD-R.

I'm not sure what to make of this, but I figured I'd add the info nonetheless.

JMMIDI is known for his multiple re-releases, like EtlanZ.

Not sure if the variants should be posted.
If they combo "different covers" + "different cat #", then maybe yes.
If the content is different, sure yes.

Doing a little detective work, I found that there are actually two separate albums:

JMCD0009~10, which is the original version
JMCP0009~10, which is the 2005 version

This entry is for the original version, but it mistakenly had the catalog number for the 2005 version (I've corrected the db for this). That is why your album's catalog number matched this entry, even though yours seemed like a slightly different album.

The 2005 version doesn't yet have a vgmdb entry - and because I don't own the album, I don't have enough information to create one. If anyone has the info needed to get that entry going, that would be very cool.
