The back scan says "Inspired by the game Dungeon Master." Were all of these tracks actually used in the game? Several of them have the same names as tracks on VICL-5053, but there are a bunch unique to this album.

None of the tracks were used in the original versions of the game, but the original game's title was used as the opening track on this album. Also, almost all of the tracks from this album were used as redbook audio in FM-Towns version of the game.

There's the answer, it's definitely an OST of sorts and not a "Works" album.
