I have found up that "岡田薫" gets romanized as "Kaoru Okada", but not sure if this kanji does apply to her.

If someone knows, please provide any information to have this page a bit more complete.

It's 蘭. She's also credited in one Goemon game (15:17~). Is she the same Kaoro Okada who scored part of Castlevania Legends and SotN SS?

I really thinks that's the same person. This credits from Ganbare Goemon: Kuru Nara Koi! Ayashige Ikka no Kuroi Kage are the final piece to the puzzle.



The first kanji name is Junko Karashima, the same J. Karashima from SotN SS. Kaoru Okada is credited in the games below (could be more), so most likely this person worked on Konami and later was employed at Nex Entertainment.

- Ganbare Goemon: Kuru Nara Koi! Ayashige Ikka no Kuroi Kage (1998) = 岡田蘭

Nice research, and yeah now it's totally fine to link her Konami works to the discography, though I don't know aside of Castlevania box set how many works of her in that era have been released.
