He also said that he arranged all of the music himself and gave some details about the recording equipment and instruments he used. I'll leave a link to the post but also copy-and-paste it here for posterity (in case his account becomes inactive):

"全曲アレンジしました！自宅での録音&ミックスです。
主題歌のレコーディングとTDは東京四谷のフォーバレー（四谷だけにw）スタジオで、レコーダーはA-DAT、ミキサーはO2Rだった記憶があります。スタジオ常設のRoland JV1080等を使い、SC88proのみ持ち込んだ記憶があります。"

He probably meant it was a remaster, rather than an arrangement. Read the information from the official website. Also, from this site it becomes clear that this is not a bonus, but a regular release that could only be purchased through the official mail for 3000 yen.
