We only had partial credits from the booklet in the notes section. I just added the remaining bits.

While at it, I noticed that "STARS OF TEARS" comes with a subtitle, which is "やさしく星ぞ降りしきる".

a) I'm not sure how to translate this. Does the gentle apply to stars, or does it apply to the descend. I.e. do we have "Let the gentle stars descend", or "Let the stars descend gently".

b) The subtitle doesn't appear on the back of the case inlay. Still, the credits suggest that it belongs, as with "SMALL TWO OF PIECES", to the track title. So, should we add it to the tracklist, or not?

So.... now that we have an official English tracklist for the Xenogears OST, should we update the tracklist on this page and the Myth album?

Seems like the English tracklist on iTunes was the "official" English tracklist for Myth all along anyway.

I was thinking of having two English tracklists, with the current one being "English (literal)" and the new one being "English (official)" or "English (localised)".

Oh I see. Haven't read Perfect Works yet, since I finished the game yesterday. Planned on starting today so I'll look out for that.

Probably a good thing I asked before adding anything then.

Which section specifically are these names in the Perfect Works? I've asked a friend to look for them for me and he can't seem to find anything.

This new official tracklist also doesn't match the pre-existing English tracklist (for the initial release, not the remaster) on Square Enix's online store. I'm having trouble finding it right now, but it was definitely there as of a month or two ago. I did copy it down, though, because that was also right around when I was ripping my copy:
