Default KICA-7616~7: KONAMI AMUSEMENT SOUNDS '93...NATSU

I believe the composers are unsourced, so I removed them and simply put Konami Kukeiha Club, which is what the album credits.

Prophet Fukami and TAPPY did the arranged tracks on disc 1 and 2, respectively.

That's probably the right thing to do. I'll paste the original notes content here for posterity:

Quote:
Disc 1 Tracks 1-36: Gaiopolis Original
Disc 1 Tracks 37-38: Gaiopolis Arranged
Composition: Prophet Fukami

Disc 2 Tracks 1-22: Lethal Enforcers Original
Composition: Kenichiro Fukui

Disc 2 Tracks 23-46: Mystic Warriors Original
Composition: Junya Nakano, Yuji Takenouchi

Disc 2 Tracks 47-49:Lethal Enforcers/Mystic Warriors Arranged

A recent edit changed Prophet Fukami to Seiichi Fukami. This edit needs some further explanation.

EDIT: Actually, I'm going to reject it, because the in-game credits say Prophet Fukami (according to the notes).

The credits of Mystic Warriors actually list THREE composers, so I doubt the current info is actually "from game credits" as they say they are.

The kanji here is a bit too arty for me so this transcription may be REALLY INCORRECT WARNING WARNING WARNING:

Quote:
作曲編曲: 竹ノ内 裕磨呂 (Composition & Arrangement: Yuji Takenouchi [as Yumaro??? Takenouchi])
作曲: 仲野 順丸 (Composition: Junya Nakano [as Junmaru??? Nakano])
作曲: 井筒屋 夢之助 (Composition: ????? I seriously have no idea who this is)

I added partial scans. There are about 25 pages of sheet music that I skipped.

After some back and forth glimpse of the calligraphy, the syllables they refer to, and the history of social media networks and community gossip, perhaps the third composer could be called Yumenosuke Izutsuya (井筒屋 夢之助). An article about a remixer gives more detail about this back-tracking. https://fmfridays.tumblr.com/post/14...the-ninjas-mdx

Yuji Takenouchi says Satoko Miyawaki composed tracks 1.14 and 1.25 from Gaiapolis: https://soundcloud.com/missingsoul/gaiapolis https://soundcloud.com/missingsoul/gaiapolis-1

Both her and Seiichi Fukami are credited for composition in the game.

Some specific composer info for Gaiapolis was added to the 2ch best VGM contest wiki by a user named "technouchi," which could be Yuji Takenouchi (I tried asking him on Twitter if it was but he didn't reply): [1] [2] [3]

Quote:
Seiichi Fukami: 1.28
Yuji Takenouchi: 1.34
There are also some additional credits added by an anonymous user that may or may not be the same person: [1]

Quote:
Seiichi Fukami: 1.01~8, 1.10, 1.12, 1.13, 1.15~21, 1.26, 1.27, 1.31 (KING DARKNESS), 1.32
Satoko Miyawaki: 1.14, 1.25, 1.36
Yuji Takenouchi: 1.31 (INVASION)
----------

There's also a full breakdown for Mystic Warriors added by "technouchi": [1]

Quote:
Junya Nakano, Yuji Takenouchi: 2.23, 2.38 (Nakano - A melody & "hook", Takenouchi - B melody)
Yuji Takenouchi: 2.24, 2.25, 2.28, 2.29, 2.32~34, 2.37, 2.39~41
Junya Nakano: 2.26, 2.27, 2.30, 2.31, 2.35, 2.42~45
outsourcer (presumably 井筒屋夢之介): 2.36, 2.46

Yuji Takenouchi's been teasing a Mystic Warriors re-recording/remaster project for a while.

He visited City Connection last month to make a new recording from the arcade board, and posted a progress report just a little while ago that most of the arrangements are done, but there's still pending approval from Konami on any future release.

He says in a reply that the OST side will include tracks that weren't on this original release. He also attached an image of a table with a full composer breakdown, so say hi to 外注井上 Mr. Outsourcer Inoue again (Tr. 20, 32). See also Go Sato listed as bass player on two of the arrangements in the far right column.
(Backup of table image)

Except for the first stage, the track times match the arrangements from TECHNOuchi Encyclopedia 1989-1996. So if you're lucky enough to have that in your library, you've already got a preview of what's to come.
