It's kind of odd that there's a doujin arrangement of Clannad music two years before the game came out. It all seems legitimate though, and the mention of Tomoyo Sakagami ties it to the game. The best I can figure is that KEY must have released some materials (music, art, stories, art, demos?) early while they were developing the game.

Wikipedia says CLANNAD was announced in 2001 and was supposed to be released in 2002 before being delayed to 2004, so it seems possible.

The tracklist indicates that the two CLANNAD tracks are image themes and not arrangements, though? The notes currently say that those two were composed by the album staff, not arranged.

A recent edit removed CLANNAD, but instead I changed the link type from "Fan-Arrange" to "Prototype" since it is an image song that predates the game.
