View Lover to Friend in Kunio No Oden:
To view the hidden concert version of the BGM "Lover to Friend" in Kunio No Oden, select Omake mode, the last option on the title screen. Then, scroll through the list of BGMs until you find Lover to Friend. Once highlighted, hold down Select+L+R, and press A-B-X-Y in that order while still holding down the other buttons. If done correctly, the screen will fade out and you'll be taken to a screen where Momozono will be standing in spotlight with stars in the sky.

Judging by the 'Lyrics Sheet' scan, a different artist seems to be credited for the vocals than what we currently have here. Can anyone tell who it is?

It's Satomi Momozono (桃園 里美), the character who appears on the same sheet. She was voiced by Saori Sugimoto (who at the time was using the name Saori Suzuki).
