I don't know anything about this person, but the reason there are two entries is that Illidan intentionally made a separate one for the composer/arranger based on the credit to "Yoshiki" on one of the Merowlink albums: https://vgmdb.net/forums/showthread.php?t=15122

The pianist's Wikipedia article doesn't mention any of the anime works, but it does say he's an arranger who's worked with Haruko Kuwana, who did several of those anime songs. So it seems like it could be the same person.

I think it's now ok the two entries get together with Yoshiki Kojima being put as a variation.
