actually, this cd is sold with a dvd but it doesn't use the usual aniplex scheme
i.e. a catalogue for dvd and a catalogue for cd

I don't know what its cd catalogue is tho
and it seems to be the only release, so no "limited" edition" tag

and I mean it's a bonus cd available with a dvd, so the dvd isn't to be included (my bad, I didn't say it as it should)

Sure, that's OK, CD付き "with CD" means the 'main' thing is the DVD. So the catalog number remains unknown because you've pointed out this isn't usual scheme, where let's say, the bonus disc would get the next number, in this case ANZB-2785, but here it's not like that? Could it be by any chance that the CD shares the same cat no (speaking only about this release)?

actually, shops haven't the 5 digit, that's why I said it
but since the cd has ANZB-2785, so shops have simply forgotten the second catalogue in the catalogue field

I suspected it was ANZB-2785 but without proof, I couldn't edit
