I wanted to add this album since a moment, it's one of the last image albums released on vinyl by Futureland not yet on VGMdb.
Unfortunately I can't find a picture with the complete credits, which are only in the insert and probably also marked on the vinyl.
So credits come from JASRAC database, but obviously it misses the arrangement credits.

But I think it's pretty sure that Tatsushi Umegaki is the arranger for all the tracks too, like this other image album:
https://vgmdb.net/album/68905
And if we look at his other works, when he composes a track, he's almost always the arranger.

Also although the information is incomplete on Anison, the site says that it's the arranger for at least one track:
http://anison.info/data/source/24131.html

So I put Tatsushi Umegaki in the arranger field, but I didn't specify something in the notes, in case there's another arranger; I think that's the good solution for the moment.

If somebody has this album, it would be nice to complete this entry. Or maybe someone will want to buy it, this album is not very expensive, I put 3 sale links.

I'm down to purchase it but I'd like to know if there are any sample tracks anywhere. For me it's the only way to decide if it's worth getting or not

I didn't find samples. in general the image albums released by Futureland are of a very good level, many of them published in the first are great like "Phantom Burai", "Purple Eyes In The Dark" or "Soldier Boy". At worst this one will be average or acceptable. I don't think you can be really disappointed, then it's your call.
