In this interview, Tenpei reveals the Disgaea 4 Arrange Album will be released by Team Entertainment on June 29, 2011.

Both Team E website for the arrange album and Tenpei Sato refer to Disc 1-03 as "Sparking" so I have made an edit to the Notes section. The tracklisting on the CD clearly states "Sparkling" but that seems to be typo going by the information I stated.
