It's part of とるとるCD アニメ探偵団 done by Forte Music in collaboration with Banpresto (not Columbia) in 1994.
I don't know if they released each single cd or in box linke some CD-single from Bandai in frst 2000. From this auction it seems yes, but I don't know if they were enclosed to somewhat, maybe as prize.
It could be added as child of original EP release (a mod should reply please).

I don't have a good feeling or an answer, but it seems like if they were all released together, then you would see them for sale as a box set somewhere rather than just an assortment of random ones.

If it is a reprint, we should add it as a child once the original EP has an entry.
