Well, the source says it contains 24 tracks so I was sure everything performed would be there but I didn't hurry to add the list (the main reason was that I was submitting it via the cellphone, though ;p ).

According to this site the first track(video?) is the opening/開幕 and the last closing/閉幕.
But I don't really know how DVD tracklists work or how should be handled. Thoughts?

The way I've handled the vgm videos in the past is to treat the Chapter markers on the DVD the same as Track markers on a CD, and use the chapter lengths as the track times. It's the same concept.

Isamu Tanonaka, Sayaka Ohara, Miyuki Sawashiro

I don't see any mention of them in the notes.

The live featured some animation parts voiced by the game charactes and they should be the actors, but it may overlook a couple artists such as Maaya Sakamoto (for Aegis).

I got this response from Vulcan422:

They might be in the limited edition with the DVD or something instead. The DVD version has some opening and ending skits where they portay their characters Igor, Margaret, and Elizabeth respectively.

The credits in the liner notes are pretty thorough, but they don't list the actors from the animation segments, so we would have to rely on someone to watch these and identify the characters. The entry definitely needs a note explaining the additions before they can be approved.

as voice actors in the animation that plays on the screen, and is presumably heard in some of the tracks. I've removed them from the performers, but they can be re-added by someone who does a proper job of documenting the details.
