I couldn't find where "all music composed by Taro Kudo" came from (either on the scans or the staff credit), but since it's confirmed the ending theme was by AKI (=akiropito), I've removed "all".

Makes sense. He's even credited with it in the staff roll. I never picked up on that before.

It's from the games staff roll. Although, it is a bit dubious. I've always thought it was referring to the 2nd stage boss music...

There's also a blurb about M.C. Ada in booklet 3. It would be great to get a full translation, but if someone can just quickly check that part then that would be cool.

^^ You were right, good ol' Akiropito posted this on twitter:

アクスレイの2STのボスは、尊敬する安達さんの編曲です

Which means Axelay's stage 2 boss was arranged by Adachi. Makes sense, since st2 boss is a remix of stage 2.


The booklet has some random comments by AKI and he talking with some of the game staff, not much else. He just thanks Adachi for helping.
