I definitely see a non-limited edition for sale here at Amazon Japan (saw a picture of the front on the official page linked in our entry). But I may not be the most qualified going through all the motions of adding a new album to the database. Basically it has white cover instead of the green one, and only the first disc. If someone wants to add it for database completion, go for it, I'm pretty tired right now to try and get everything right (since it's not even a reprint).

Comparing the two listings at amazon it does seem like you're right. And there are several mentions on google of a SQEX-20003 being the regular edition, so it should be safe enough to add it as such.

Could somebody help me understand the tracklists we have here? The "English (Disc Chapters)" tracklist differs vastly from what seem to be the original tracklists in English and Japanese, yet the times for the original tracklists match up with the Chapters tracklist... up to where the tracklists stop. It makes so little sense, I'm not even sure I'm explaining this right XD Here's a detailed example of what I mean:
Track 01 for Disc Chapters: Voices Opening (Orchestra Tuning) - 1:31 Track 02 for Disc Chapters: Prelude (FF Series) - 3:39 Track 01 for English / Japanese: Prelude (Final Fantasy Series) - 1:31 So basically, "Voices Opening (Orchestra Tuning)" has been... skipped? but what is now the first track(?), Prelude, in the English / Japanese tracklists is the same length as the Orchestra Tuning in the Disc Chapters tracklist. The same disc also apparently has 2 different lengths, as the English / Japanese tracklists report 79:26 and the Disc Chapters tracklist reports 144:57. Truly, I am lost. |

Okay, I managed to get a hold of a DVD of this. I was able to extract the audio by chapter. That split it up into how we have it listed in the Disc Chapters tracklist. I have never seen the packaging for this, so I don't know if the English / Japanese tracklists are present on it, but these names do come up during the DVD in the bottom-left corner for each piece when they start. As for the Disc Chapter names, I have no idea where they come from, like "Voices Opening (Orchestra Tuning)" or "Talk with the Audience 1 (MC-1)". Whoever knows anything about that could possibly solve some of my curiosity about this entry. At any rate, if there is a tracklist present on the packaging, then that's the one we should have in the entry here, and the other one should go in the comments field. If there is no tracklist on the packaging, then we should keep the English / Japanese tracklists and put the Disc Chapters in the comments field. The different lengths of the tracklists cause real confusion, especially because the track times don't even match up with the tracks that are shared between the two.
Also, a... unit... called GYA did the chorus according to the small roll of credits at the beginning of the DVD. I've added that to the "Performed by" field. If GYA was already split up into the individual people, my bad. EDIT: I've also adjusted the track times a second here or there based on what I ripped... it's straight from the DVD and should be accurate (I'm not sure if the track times we had were taken from MP3s or something, in which the times can vary based on things like padding). Also, for the last track, there are two... chapters: something little blip of silence just over 1 second, and then the 13:04 track. I just omitted the silence from the track length. If you think it belongs there, change it back to 13:06, or keep it like that and add a track between 27 and 28 and make it 1 second. It's hard to know what really "belongs" or what's a "real track" when you're dealing with media like a DVD Last edited by Hellacia; Aug 12, 2011 at 01:37 PM. |

I have this DVD, I'm kinda surprised this entry still doesn't have a set-in-stone tracklist. I'll get back when I can get to my copy.

Alright, thanks... I think the English tracklist should be replaced then. I'll do it if no one has any objections (or someone else can do it, don't really care). I still don't know what to do about the track times, though. Is it possible for them not to match up between different tracklists in the same album?
Also, there's no Japanese tracklist anywhere? |

I altered the track numbers in the notes section to tally up with the 'English (Disc Chapters)' tracklist. Previously they were linked to the 'English' tracklist which has been replaced as the default.
I did the same for the regular edition too. |

Just popping in to highly recommend the One-Winged Angel (Advent Children version) track with The Black Mages band making use of the orchestra and choir. It's such a highlight, they decided to play it twice.
I believe this performance is unique to this concert? |

This entry is an absolute mess, cleaning it up
- Added Rieko Katayama (片山理恵子) as performer (narrator on MC tracks) - Completely removed all tracklists and rebuilt from the tracklist that is in the actual product. Preserved at the bottom of this post for historical purposes but they are an abomination of incorrect titles (wrong English titles everywhere) and ordering (tracklists with different total track numbers [???]) so I wouldn't use them for anything other than reference. - Because the tracklists were removed and updated, I updated the Album Info references to point to the correct track numbers. The tracklist in the inserts is technically incomplete versus what is actually provided in the DVD via chapters, elaborated below. The insert tracklist is 21 tracks but there are actually 27 Chapters on the DVD. The titles highlighted below in red are missing from the tracklist in the product. 01 Tuning 02 Prelude (Final Fantasy Series) 03 Liberi Fatali (Final Fantasy VIII) 04 MC-1 05 Fisherman's Horizon (Final Fantasy VIII) 06 Song of Prayer (Final Fantasy X) 07 Suteki da ne (Final Fantasy X) 08 MC-2 09 Final Fantasy Doo-wop Medley 10 The Place I'll Return to Someday ~ Melodies of Life (Final Fantasy IX) 11 MC-3 12 Final Fantasy (Final Fantasy Series) 13 Prima Vista Band (Final Fantasy IX) 14 The Promised Land (Final Fantasy VII Advent Children) 15 Opening Theme from Memoro de la Ŝtono ~ Distant Worlds (Final Fantasy XI) 16 MC-4 17 Eyes On Me (Final Fantasy VIII) 18 Kiss Me Good-Bye (Final Fantasy XII) 19 MC-5 20 Opera "Maria and Draco" (Final Fantasy VI) 21 MC-6 22 Swing de Chocobo (Final Fantasy Series) 23 MC-7 24 One-Winged Angel (Final Fantasy VII Advent Children) 25 Outro/Bowing 26 Encore: One-Winged Angel (Final Fantasy VII Advent Children) 27 Staff Roll I intentionally did not add the DVD chapters as or to a new tracklist because it's not 100% clear what the actual product tracklist is supposed to be. If I'm taking an educated guess, they omitted the first Tuning track from the tracklist because who cares, and they omitted the last 4 tracks from the tracklist for space reasons, because the tracklist runs exactly the length of the inner page of the DVD foldout. But that's just a guess. This also means I can't add track times for the titles because of the confusion of whether "Encore: One-Winged Angel (Final Fantasy VII Advent Children)" means just the encore performance, 24 + 26, 24+25+26, or something else. I also did not want to add a 3rd tracklist of just the DVD chapter tracklists because afaik we shouldn't be adding tracklists that differ in total track number length on the same album. Will also be making these same changes to the regular edition but that edit should be easier since I can just copy it from here, and I won't have to change the release from 2DVD --> 1DVD to add a single tracklist and then change it back to 2DVD when I'm done.
