I think this gets into the whole quandary of what a doujin really is. Since this is sold at both Play-Asia and CDJapan, I'd have to surmise that it's on a pretty legitimate label, and not a doujin one. It contains a bunch of "covers" according to CDJ, but still you have to wonder if (and whether) they obtained rights to do all of these.

Yes, Quake is a dance/trance/techno label that's been around since at least 2003. A lot of the songs they produce on most of their albums are covers or remixes.

Does anyone know if the track order for 18-20 on the actual disc differs from the published tracklist?

It seems that way. I fixed it and I'm quite sure that this order is correct now - almost all of the tracks flow into the next one, so that makes it very easy to figure out the proper track order for the last three tracks.

So I wonder, is there no actual name for the Tetris theme? In the "Greatest Video Game Music" album, it's called "Korobeiniki".

Korobeiniki is the name for the folk song the famous Game Boy arrangement was based on. The GB version is officially titled "A-Type" in game (you had B-Type and C-Type as other choices), so maybe that answers your question?
