Battle K-Road's credits don't list roles for anyone, so while Izutani did apparently write at least two songs, we don't know if he did the whole soundtrack. In particular, Iron Champ is also in the credits.

Hopefully this release will shed some light on the Iron Champ relation but I somehow doubt it

This, unlike Toaplan, didn't come with any download codes for hi-res versions of the album, and the booklet has absolutely no information at all. I'm afraid Battle K-Road remains a mystery.
