I couldn't find any information on this one; so the entry seems kind of questionable to me.

Also, I'm not sure what a promotional/enclosure digital release is.

To me a digital promo OST is when the website offers some of the music of the game, like this one for example; or when the music of the game is being offered by an unofficial source, say a fansite, but with consent from the official source. Oh my, so much sauce.
