Someone knows what is "Sha-fu" in the credits? I think it's not an instrument. Appears in various albums from Yoko Kanno as performed by Fumio Kitamura.
Synth manipulator are perfomers?, I think are programmer and there not listed in perfomer field. In this case Keishi Urata and Shunsuke Sakamoto appears like programmers in some albums and like performers in others. Last edited by transitus; Apr 27, 2013 at 09:15 PM. |

Maybe it's "写譜" and not about playing an instrument. More about music copyists who work on scores.

http://vgmdb.net/forums/showthread.php?t=7234 It appears if they're only credited as programmers (synth programming) then they certainly aren't performers, quite logical, but if they play the synthesizer, then it's performance. Terminology in certain albums is a bit a vague/ambiguous and that doesn't help at all Last edited by Efendija; Apr 28, 2013 at 12:08 AM. |
