Major Update 4/6 -- Tracklist Editing

Tracklist Editing is now fully functional. It's a bit more primitive than the CMS; I didn't include a mechanism to add or delete tracks, as I'd prefer those to be submitted cleanly with a new text block.

• Tracklists can now be edited by registered users.
• A tracklist can be selected as default.
• Edits by staff and trusted editors bypass the moderation queue.
• Staff can accept or reject edits using the tracklist moderation panel.

There are still a few issues that I'll be thinking about this week, the foremost being the best way to handle tracktimes. Next up is scan behavior, followed by some site preparation for beta.
