2007年4月1日開催の ALL STAR LIVE 2007で会場限定販売されたBOX。上述している「THE iDOLM@STER MASTER BOX II」とCDの収録内容は全く同じで、外箱だけが違う。また、こちらのBOXには特典DVDは、収録されていない。 DVDがないことから、「THE iDOLM@STER MASTER BOX 060723限定バージョン」ほどのプレミア価格にはなっていないが、ライブ会場で購入した人は、思い出の「記念BOX」である。
