Still no info about composer, but check this video:
https://youtu.be/RQC4RnHWyCk At 1:10 starts really interesting groovy theme with synth violin solo - sounds little bit like Hajime Asano (Little Anchor OST) or could it be Okamoto? ...no info on ZIZZ studio site - they often compose for Compile Heart. What you think?
