Press release says that 6 members of HAL worked on the album, including new members.

Assuming... Ando, Ishikawa, Sakai, Ohara, Ogasawara = 5

Who is the 6th?

Tadashi Ikegami maybe? He made a song for Super Kirby Clash, so perhaps he may be actively composing again?

EDIT: Looking at the tracklist, track 14 is actually the Ikegami song I was referring to, so I'm willing to bet that is where he had a hand on for this album

I was fortunate enough to purchase a copy of this CD on a recent trip to Japan.
I've uploaded scans for this one, hopefully the arranger information is correct.
Apologies for the weird rotation issue with two of the scans - I blame Windows. :P

Thanks for the scans.

The new member is Yuki Shimooka. Not much info about him. Looks like he graduated from Shobi University this year and was immediately hired.

So this album is mainly Hirokazu Ando and Megumi Ohara ?

I'm kinda disappointed that Jun Ishikawa only did 1 arrangement on this album where he did 4 on the previous one... But I guess that having one more Shogo Sakai arrangement than the previous one will partially compensate for it ! Both of them are my favorite HAL Lab composers.

I also really like what we know of Megumi Ohara's past works (she seems to have been heavily influenced by Sakai, but she has a softer touch to her songs) so I'm looking forward to listening to her 4 arrangements.
And also, I'm curious about the new HAL Lab sound team member !

For what is worth, he appeared on an staff interview in HAL Laboratory's blog posted on June of 2019, shortly after he joined.

Is there a reason the Japanese tracklist has track 4 as "Tomorrow's Tea Times" But English is just "Tomorrow's Tea Time"?

Tomorrow's Tea Times is clearly what's written in the booklet. Unless there's an official English tracklist that has it without the s, then it should remain the same as the Japanese
