Best source for physical releases is the booklet. If you don't have access to one, the official site and various shops could have the info you need.

Individual track credits are necessary (especially for vocal albums), make a draft and link all the artists as well. Check what songs are originally from the game or animation and fill this info (products represented). If there aren't any, please provide a reason why you're submitting an album under artist discography.

This is a cover album
I can't find any anime or game songs related to it
So it can't be included as an album on this site?

The arranger for all songs is Jiro Miyanaga [https://vgmdb.net/artist/17461]. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any vg or anime BGM for this artist. I even checked Wikipedia [https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/宮永治郎].

Therefore, the album is going to be ineligible.
