The barcode is from iTunes. The Orchard should also be added as the distributor based on this particular barcode: https://gepir.gs1jp.org/modules/gepir/

Thanks, though when I use the userscript on the iTunes page, I get

Barcode: 196626096548

instead of 196626029355. That barcode also returns The Orchard.

EDIT: And on the Japanese Apple Music release. Since the Spotify release is region-locked to Japan it looks like it's a separate barcode for the Japan release. https://music.apple.com/jp/album/lilulu-ep/1599243916

It appears that the Japanese and international iTunes releases have different barcodes.

When this happens I usually put the JP barcode in the field and the other one only in the notes, e.g. https://vgmdb.net/album/117292.

The Spotify release is JP only, so that's probably why it uses the JP barcode.
