This scan of the album has the song lyrics. I couldn't find the song in the top left corner on the tracklist scan. Am I just blind, or is it really not there?

Chudah's Corner gives the credits of that track to 2.01 Flying Dawn ~Opening Loop Demo~, which looks like it has a completely different name.

Looks like I'm quite late to give this piece of info, but well, it's better to leave it here than let it get forgotten and lost.

It is indeed a different song, as the title for that one translates to "Vagrants of the Twilight", and to my knowledge, it isn't either on the soundtrack or the games.

However, I do have the theory that these could be the translated lyrics for the choruses present in at least this soundtrack, given how it says "Translated in Japanese" next to the title of the track, and it looks like the Japanese players have also come up with that same conclusion, from the searches I made with that song title. The only exception to that would be the song "Hulle Granz Cathedral", as its choruses have been confirmed to be in German and that its lyrics are a piece of the in-game poem "Epitaph of Twilight".

It looks like, much like O.S.T. 2, only early limited editions have the third bonus CD-ROM. I found this image from a listing on eBay: https://i.imgur.com/hJ70cCF.png (Seller says it doesn't have the original case, which is why it's in two standard jewel cases instead of one fatbox/double jewel case.)

I have the limited edition with the 3rd disc in the original case, if you want an entry for it or something.
