Since this circle recently changed its name to "Carrot Wine", shouldn't we follow how we do things with Labels and create a new organization and then relate it to this one using "Formerly/Succeeded by"?

It's a special case here because the albums only displayed the japanese version of the circle name, not the english name (available on the homepage). The japanese name hasn't changed.
