I have seen places (very dificult to get this information) that IDENTITY CRISIS is an alias for Takehito Nakazawa.
It fits a bit, since bubblegum crash as tracks from ad police ova that were composed by Identity crisis.

I have heard bubblegum crash soundtracks, and a lot of themes from Adpolice ova soundtrack (composed by IDENTITY CRISIS) are on the tracks, not the same exact tracks, but the original compositions are there if you heard them in a very neat way.
I'm pretty sure IDENTITY CRISIS is takehito nakazawa. Although I'm still doing some search to see if I can corrobate this theory.
