I know Shigeru Miyamoto performed in this concert, but he's not credited in any of the songs (or maybe I missed it)
Perhaps he participated in some songs that didn't make it into the CD? Or he was part of 'All-Stars'? =S

And btw, whiy is the DVD missing '04 Mario Scat Version'? XD

Did this come with a reg card? I thought all SCDC releases had one, but I'm not sure anymore.

Luckily I just noticed this is still in stock on Crapshippingzon, so I'm buying one and as usual hoping I receive a pristine copy.
There was a review complaining about the recording quality, this being a live concert. Is it really bad?

Looking through my SCDC releases (276-277, 315, 318, 319, 360 and 395), I haven't stumbled upon any of them having a registration card.

Note: I bought these from Amazon JP as new discs in seal.

bit of a nightmare when you want a complete copy, can't find one with reg card, and keep delaying your purchase

I think they ceased it around February 19th in 2003 which is SCDC-00243~4. All subsequent releases did not come with a reg. card.
