8417422: Les Chevaliers du Zodiaque

There are 3 prints for this album: CD print, vinyl print and cassette print.
They were released in 1989 (same period/month I think) but i can't find the exact date anywhere, and the price too.
I own the original CD and the original K7 so the barcode and catalog number are good, and I found too the catalogue number for the vinyl (nearly identical). I can't find the barcode for the vinyl.
Composers and lyrics are well mentioned on the CD, so that's OK.

For the singer, Serge Maille is not mentioned directly on the 3 prints but his name appears on several French websites that I visit (anyway it's not the famous singer Bernard Minet for this album, for sure!):

EDIT: well, now I have a doubt about his name: it is Serge Maille or Serge Baille? The 2 names are mentioned on the web:

If anybody can help me, it would be great! This French singer is a real unknown!

MT could be an abbreviation used (by jap) or just tape
