I got a copy of this one so I added images: booklet (front, back, pages), both discs, tray, and back.

This is a pretty rare CD, so there aren't a lot of images of it online that I could find. But the few that I have found don't include an Obi. And this picture in particular appears to be a sealed copy and there's no Obi.

Also, where did the track-by-track composer/arranger credits come from? In the booklet, the arranged tracks have credits listed, but the normal BGM tracks don't.
