I thought it is easier to read the statement - "Natsukashii Umi" is the opening theme of Kurau Phantom Memory - in the beginning of Notes section as compared to labeling track 01 ----- Opening theme. I see other singles/albums (e.g. http://vgmdb.net/album/19330 and http://vgmdb.net/album/19679) mostly doing it the former way, but Phonograph edited to look otherwise. Not sure which is the better way? Even if the latter method is preferred, I'd think it is clearer to enter as 01 - Opening theme of Kurau Phantom Memory. This is just my opinion.

There is no better or preferred way/style, Phonograph just edited it according to his style.

So you can edit that line back to how you've originally entered it or leave it as it is now. Whatever really.

honeyclover: knowing the products represented is already filled in, I don't see why that should be repeated in the notes alongside with "opening theme"

I pretty much hate that sort of redundancy
it's like saying "sorry visitor, since you're too stupid to see the link between OP and the products at the top right of the page, I prefer to add it in the notes --have a nice day"

When there's only one product, repeating it in the notes isn't quite necessary, I know, but then again some people always do it anyway (like nextday), so it doesn't matter, it's good either way imho.

The style I see used the most for recent albums is something like this one.

It's a bit redundant when there's only one product, that's true, but I think it's still useful because the product name can change with english releases, and you pretty much have to write it that way if there's more than one product, so you might as well write it all the time.

But really, like Efendija said you can just stick to whatever you like, as long as the info is there the format doesn't matter that much.

I'm positive there are at least some visitors that will not immediately see the link between the album and the product so that's why I think it's not a complete waste of space. (Edit: And I hadn't even thought about the romaji/english title use that Illidan just mentioned.)

But to each there own. There is no "correct" way of doing it.

Isn't there cases where the OP or ED of anime isn't the main single track, but more of a B-side and so on? So wouldn't it be better just to notify which of them is OP/ED on notes.
