It took me a little too long to figure out all the artist info, but the booklet scans helped me out quite a bit.
Anyway, I've added Keiko Fukami to the list of composers and I've thought that she (Keiko is a female name) should appear as composer in "Genso Suikoden III Original Soundtrack", because this album is an arranged one of GSIII. I don't know any source to confirm the composers who worked in GSIII, anyone can help me?

The booklet for GSIII gives Yamane, Yoshida and Kimura credit for the composition. There's no mention of Fukami, which is pretty strange since, as you say, she's given such credit on this album...
